With over six years of experience applying hair extensions and more than a decade of wearing them herself, Hillary brings both technical expertise and personal insight to every transformation. She is certified in all methods of extensions, including keratin bonds, tape-ins, and wefts, and loves helping clients achieve fuller, longer, and more luxurious hair.

Dedicated to continuous growth, Hillary stays current with advanced education and the latest industry trends. She has also developed a passion for mentoring, guiding younger stylists and training apprentices as they build their careers.

For Hillary, great hair goes beyond the chair, it is about confidence, elegance, and giving her clients a truly elevated experience, supported by professional knowledge and luxury products.

Born and raised in Canmore, Katelyn is proud to call the Bow Valley home. A Class of 2024 graduate of Canmore Collegiate High School, she was one of the first students to take part in the school’s cosmetology program, where she discovered her love for hairstyling. From there, she went on to complete her hair school training hours at NIWEE and has now been part of the team at Hillary & Co. for two years.

Katelyn is deeply passionate about growing her craft and has already attended advanced education, including Redken’s Principle of Design Cutting, Goodwill Colour Formulation Training, intensive Oribe brand Product Knowledge, and Oribe cutting and styling demos. Always eager to learn, she continues to expand her skills both in the salon and through online education as well.

Outside of the salon, Katelyn enjoys the mountain lifestyle, you’ll often find her hiking, skiing, and spending time outdoors. With her fresh perspective, dedication, and drive to keep learning, Katelyn is excited to continue building her career behind the chair and creating beautiful hair for her clients.

Senior Stylist

Natalia is a seasoned hairstylist with two decades of experience under her belt.

She has a passion for the artistry and technical skill behind a beautiful cut and loves to create looks that suit her clients features, style and lifestyle. Natalia also enjoys bridal and formal styling, helping brides feel confident and radiant for their special occasion.

Nat thrives on connecting with her clients, understanding their needs and bringing their hair dreams to life. With her warm demeanour and passion for hair, Nat is more than just your average hairstylist; she's a trusted artist dedicated to making each client look and feel their absolute best.

She continues to expand her skills through ongoing education and training, always aiming to stay ahead of trends and techniques.

Junior Stylist

Toni Grant, a proud graduate from MC College in Kelowna BC is now poised to embark on an exciting new chapter in her career in her home town. Toni was born and raised in Canmore and is grateful to start her career in this mountain town.

Toni graduated from MC College in June of 2023 and is armed with a solid foundation of technical skills and industry knowledge. With a bright and ambitious spirit, Toni approaches each client and every styling challenge with enthusiasm, determined to push her boundaries and reach new heights in her craft.

In Tonis spare time she like to go the gym, hang with friends and family , coach U16 volleyball and enjoy the outdoors.

With over 15 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, Lauren Parker has spent the last five years perfecting her craft in the heart of the mountains.

Lauren is especially passionate about blondes and colour, known for her ability to create bright, seamless, and beautifully blended results. Lauren also loves creating beautiful styles and updos.

She brings creativity and passion to every service, ensuring her clients leave the chair feeling confident and refreshed.
