If you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask for a 24 hour notice. If you’re unable to let us know 24 hours in advance, the card on file will be charged 50% of the service reserved. If you do not call or show up for your appointment your card on file will be charged the full amount of your booked appointment.
If running late for an appointment, please contact us ahead of time. We will do our best to accommodate your appointment, however, arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be rescheduled or canceled, with applicable same-day cancellation/reschedule fee applied. This is at the discretion of salon management.

If you’re interested in our Hair Extension services, you’ll receive a consultation first before booking the actual reservation. To reserve the hair extension reservation after your consultation, you will need to purchase your hair which is final sale.

All opened products are final sale. Unopened unused products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

At Hillary & Co., we love little ones—but for the comfort, safety, and experience of all our guests, children are only permitted in the salon if they are receiving a service.
Our salon environment is designed to be a relaxing, distraction-free space. Hot tools, sharp instruments, and active work areas can pose safety concerns for unsupervised children, and we want every client to enjoy their time with us fully.
